Antacids are medicines which help to neutralise the acid in your stomach. They work quickly to relieve the symptoms of indigestion and heartburn. Bisodol Indigestion Relief Tablets are for adults and children over 12 years. Suck or chew one or two tablets as required. Not recommended for children under 12 years.
